Affirmations
Choose 3 to 5 affirmations, make them your own, and keep them safe in your journal or on your device. About 2 minutes a day.
1. Choose your affirmations
Choose 3 to 5 affirmations that support you, even if they stretch you a little. Write each one in your own voice, in the present tense. For example, “I deserve love” becomes “I am worthy of love.” Tap Add to my list after each one.
Your affirmations
Type your own, or use the idea bank of 106 affirmations below the button to help you. Tick any that feel true, then tap Edit on your list to reword it in your own voice.
Idea bank
Open a theme and tick any affirmation that feels true for you. It is added to Your affirmations above, and you can reword it. Tick it again to remove it.
Notice the pillars
As you choose your affirmations, notice where they land in the three Verosoul pillars. A mix helps you support your whole self.
2. Keep your affirmations safe
Here are your affirmations.
How to practice
- Write your affirmations in your journal.
- Say them out loud every day, while looking at yourself naked in a mirror. This encourages self-acceptance, self-love, and encouragement. It takes about 2 minutes.
- Say them even when they do not feel true yet. Training your mind to believe them is the practice.
What happens next
- Keep your affirmations in your journal and/or in a file on your device.
- Say them daily. This practice works best as a short daily habit.
- Bring your journal to our sessions. We’ll check in on this at each session, and you can send a quick Voxer update between sessions (search for Verosoul).
Do one or both:
- Jot them in your journal. Write them in your personal journal, using your list above.
- Copy the text to your device. Tap the Copy to clipboard button right below, then paste it into a file on your phone or computer (Notes, Word, Google Docs, whatever you use). You can also save it as a text file.
