What is Verosoul

You've tried the affirmations, maybe even therapy. You scroll through Instagram wondering how everyone else has it figured out. But a quiet voice whispers: is this all there is?

That voice is your truth, and it's time to listen.

Verosoul is a therapy-informed coaching method that integrates the pragmatic with the profound. It weaves together the strategic clarity of coaching, the deep pattern work of therapy, and the awakened consciousness of spiritual practice into one coherent path to wholeness.

I built this framework to help gay and queer men like you move beyond coping and into a life of vibrant, unapologetic wholeness. This method does more than add tools to your toolbox. It rewires the man holding them.

Verosoul is the synthesis of clinical insight, coaching rigor, and spiritual wisdom, crafted specifically for the gay man ready to stop navigating pieces of a life and start living a unified, powerful whole.

The Method

The three pillars of an integrated life

Verosoul isn't a linear process. True transformation happens in the messy, beautiful space where these three pillars collide. Think of these not as steps, but as frequencies you learn to tune into, all at once.

Vero

Italian for "true."

Internal Mindset Work.

Vero is the work of radical self-honesty. Quieting the inner critic, dismantling the stories you've outgrown, and building a foundation of self-worth that isn't contingent on anyone else's approval. Stop living a narrative you didn't write. This is the bedrock everything else stands on.

Eros

Greek for "passion."

External Body & Relationship Work.

Eros is your birthright to aliveness, your capacity for desire, and connection that extends far beyond the bedroom. You'll learn the language of your needs, desires and boundaries, build relationships with partners and greater community, and get connected with other men in meaningful ways.

Soul

Your essential, authentic self.

Supernal Big Picture Work.

Soul is the space where your truth and your passion converge into purpose. Through visionary practice and grounded action, you'll stop chasing a life you're supposed to want and start building one that's a direct expression of who you actually are. You become the architect of your own future.

The three pillars in full

VeroMind

Italian for true.Internal work, mindset aligned.

Radical self-honesty. Catching the stories you tell yourself before they run your day, and rebuilding a relationship with yourself you can actually trust.

This is where we get radically honest, quieting the inner critic and rebuilding a foundation of self-worth that lets you express your authentic integrity with ease. Dismantling the stories you've outgrown, and building a self-worth that isn't contingent on anyone else's approval. Stop living a narrative you didn't write. This is the bedrock everything else stands on.

Real lasting change starts with addressing what is inside us. My training as a Creative Arts Therapist (MA) put me inside hospitals, psychiatric wards, schools and long term care facilities, working alongside psychologists, psychiatrists and social workers before I moved into private practice. That gave me a real clinical understanding of the patterns that keep people stuck. Through journaling, cultivating positive habits, mapping out goals, and honest confrontation with the stories you've been telling yourself, Vero strips away the performance. What's left is a mindset that holds true to your integrity and desire.

A Vero exercise: Journal on this. What is one story I have been telling myself that is not fully true?

ErosBody

Greek for passion.External work, relationships ignited.

Desire and connection aren't things to apologize for. Rebuilding your relationship to touch, to others, and to your own body, so intimacy stops feeling like a risk and starts feeling like home.

This is where we deepen intimacy, stoking your inner fire and identifying personal boundaries, so communication and connection become possible, in bed and everywhere else. Eros is your birthright to aliveness, your capacity for desire, and connection that extends far beyond the bedroom.

I've spent over nine years training as a Tantra embodiment guide (Osho lineage), and I bring that depth into how I coach connection and intimacy for gay men. Through body based Tantric exercises, communication work, and boundary practice, Eros rebuilds your relationship to touch, to others, and to your own body. That disconnection shows up differently for every man: low self-esteem, performance anxiety, numbness during intimacy, or simply never having been taught that pleasure is allowed to be yours. This is where connection and community stop feeling like something that happens to you and start feeling like something you create.

An Eros exercise: Take a slow inventory. Where in your body do you feel most alive right now, and where do you feel shut down?

SoulSpirit

Your essential, authentic self.Supernal work, purpose inspired.

A life without direction can look successful and still feel hollow. Turning vague longing into an actual direction, so you stop drifting and start designing the life you actually want.

This is where we connect you to a purpose bigger than your resume, weaving every part of you into one whole person. Soul is the space where your truth and your passion converge. Through visionary practice and grounded action, you'll stop chasing a life you're supposed to want and start building one that's a direct expression of who you actually are.

I hold a 200 hour meditation teacher certification through Meditation University, and twenty years as a personal spiritual seeker with an Omnist perspective, that truth can be found in all spiritual paths. Through future visioning, manifestation practice, and mind, body, and spirit integration, Soul work turns vague longing into an actual direction. This is where you stop drifting and start designing the life you actually want.

A Soul exercise: Write a letter from your future self, one year from now, describing the life you're building.

Your path through Verosoul

Most coaching for gay men comes down to one option. One package, one price, one level of commitment, take it or leave it. If you are not ready for a three month container, or you cannot afford one yet, there is usually nowhere else to go.

Verosoul is built differently. There are four ways in, so you can start wherever you actually are right now and go deeper only when you are ready to.

All roads lead to the same destination: a man who is confident, connected, and authentic. Every path draws from the same foundation, years of clinical training, years walking alongside men in coaching containers, nearly a decade of Tantric embodiment work, and the plain fact that I have lived what you are working through. It is my honor and privilege to walk alongside you.

None of it happens in isolation, either. I meet regularly with my supervisor, Joe Doherty, MSW, PhD, who spent 40 years as a psychotherapist and 30 years supervising other clinicians, holds a Master's from Smith College, and wrote his PhD dissertation on the non-dualism of shamanic psychotherapy. He carries his own Tantra lineage alongside the clinical work, which is uncommon in a supervisor and a large part of why our working relationship suits what Verosoul actually does. There is more on his background on the What is Tantra page.
