Case Study 1: From Isolated to Connected

A single man in his 40s signed up for Come Home to address several pain points. Single for years. Stressed at work in a way that had started to feel permanent. Disconnected from his own body and sensuality, and from the wider queer community he'd always assumed he'd feel closer to by now. He wanted more time for the things he actually cared about, but somewhere along the way, wanting had quietly turned into wishing.

The Work

Three months, built entirely around him. Together we focused on three things at once: getting him out of his head and back into his body through mindset shifts and regular embodiment practice, helping him put himself out there again to build real connection and community, and carving out real time in his week for a hobby he'd let go of years earlier.

Where He Landed

Eight weeks in, he started seeing someone. Years later, they're still together. The hobby he made space for became more than self-care. It turned into a real community of friends, and eventually the foundation for a side hustle he's proud of. Most of all, he came back into his body. Sensuality stopped being something he'd lost and became something he was actually living in again.

Case Study 2: From Putting Work First to Putting Himself First

A career-driven man in his 30s came to coaching wanting a real partner, but barely making time for himself, let alone anyone else. He had just come out of a 13 year relationship where a stale sex life and his ex's comments had left him disconnected from his body. He had started believing a narrative about himself that wasn't his own, putting everyone else's needs ahead of his own and hiding how he actually wanted to live in his body.

The Work

Across our sessions, three things shifted. He built confidence through mindset work and new daily habits, including exploring kinks and desires he had suppressed and felt shame about. He learned that putting himself first wasn't selfish, it was necessary, and started setting boundaries and planning real time for himself. And he got bolder about meeting men. Speaking openly about his own process on dates gave him confidence, and men responded to him in a way he had never experienced.

Where He Landed

A few months in, he met a man while traveling for work. What started as dating turned serious. Within a couple of years they had rearranged their lives around each other, gotten married, and bought a house together. He told his partner the work we did was critical to his ability to be in that relationship: time to heal old wounds, an understanding of why his own needs matter, and the confidence to be in his body for himself and for someone else.

Case Study 3: A Silver Fox Found His Inner Confidence

He came out later than most of his peers, and walked into queer spaces feeling like he had years to make up for. Despite being genuinely striking, in his own eyes his age put him a step behind every other man in the room, before he'd even said a word.

The Work

Through gentle boundary stretching, honest mindset work, and real curiosity about what actually made him come alive, he moved from bashful and unsure to confidently working a room, Naked Night at his local bar included, making bold, fiery new connections along the way.

Where He Landed

He's since become a burlesque performer, sharing his virility and fire with audiences who can't get enough of what he brings to the stage. Off stage, he's making new friends and connections with genuine ease.
