This is for the gay man who is done with circling the same problems and is ready for real change. A man who is ready to stop managing his isolation and is ready for solutions. A man who wants real movement towards an aligned life. A man who is ready to get reconnected to his body, his relationships, and his community, and to take control of his life.
Three months, built entirely for you across mindset, relationships, and purpose at once, curated specifically to tackle your unique obstacles. This is coaching, not therapy, but it moves faster than most therapy does, because every session is designed around your specific blockages instead of general talk. The work only goes as far as you're willing to take it.

What Come Home looks like
The first few weeks are about getting oriented: mapping where you actually are versus where you want to be, and then building trust between us that the real work can start. We'll look at your specific blockages across mindset, relationships, and body, not as three separate problems but as one pattern showing up in different rooms of your life.
The middle stretch is where most of the movement happens. Sessions are more targeted as we find what is actually underneath the surface issue you identified. That might mean working through old stories around your body, practicing a hard conversation you've been avoiding, or sitting with what it actually means to let someone in. Between sessions, you'll have access to me through Voxer to keep the work alive outside our calls, so nothing waits until next week.
The final stretch is about integration. We take what has shifted and build it into something that holds once the program ends: new patterns, new language for what you want, and a clearer sense of who you are becoming.
Every session is built around what you bring that week, which is why 90 days is enough time for real change, but short enough to stay focused. Some clients need less time, and some need more time, but transformation like this is rarely formulaic so 90 days is a good benchmark for meaningful change.
Questions men ask before starting
Is this therapy?
No. Come Home draws on a clinical therapy background, but it is coaching built for movement rather than diagnosis or treatment. If something surfaces that needs clinical support, we will make sure you find the help you need.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready for a full three months?
That's exactly what the free 30 minute consult call is for. We'll talk through where you're at and whether this program or a lower-commitment option like the Coaching Subscription or Group Coaching fits better for you right now.
What happens if what I need shifts partway through?
This often happens. Come Home isn't a fixed curriculum, so the work adjusts with you as new layers show up. The personalized design of the program allows for meaningful transformation for you that actually lasts.
Do I need to already know what's wrong?
No. A lot of men start Come Home with a feeling more than a clear picture of the problem. Naming what's actually going on is often the first real work we do together.
Why does Come Home cost $3,500 USD?
Broken down, that's about $250 a session across the approximate 14 sessions in your three months for work that is built entirely around you rather than a fixed curriculum. There is no group to accommodate and no script to follow. Between sessions, you are not on your own until the next call. In between session support with communication app Voxer keeps the work moving in the days that usually derail people: the ones where old patterns show up and there's no session scheduled to talk about it. Most men choose Come Home after years of slower progress elsewhere; therapy, self-help, and trying to figure it out alone. This program is built to move faster than that, on the condition that you're engaged with the work between sessions, not just showing up to talk.
