Come Home Together

For couples and throuples

Come Home Together

Come home to yourselves, and to each other, in 90 days.

This is coaching for each of you toward your own aliveness inside the relationship. It is not couples therapy, and it is not mediation. If what you need right now is someone to referee a conflict or repair a rupture, that is real and important work, and it is not this work.

Come Home Together is the Come Home container with your partner or partners in the room. Same three months, same roughly fourteen sessions, same depth across mindset, relationships, and purpose. The difference is that the work happens between you as well as inside each of you. When one person comes more alive, the people closest to him feel it. When all of you do, something else becomes possible.

What this work is, and what it is not

Come Home Together coaches each of you toward your own aliveness. That is the whole premise. Two or three people doing honest work on themselves, in the same room, where the people who love them can see it happen and be changed by it.

Matt will not referee a conflict between you. Nobody gets assigned a role here, and no session gets used to build a case against someone. The work is built on what each of you wants to be true about your own life, and on what opens up between you when everyone is actually moving.

That distinction is practical, not just legal. A session spent deciding who is right ends with one person feeling won and another feeling managed, and nobody gets more alive inside a container like that.

If there is active crisis, if there is harm happening between you, or if what you need is clinical care, this is the wrong container. Matt will tell you so directly on the consult rather than taking your money and finding out later.

What's included

  • Three months, roughly 14 joint sessions, 90 minutes each
  • Everyone present for every session, start to finish
  • Split focus between the relationship and each of you individually
  • One shared channel for all of us between sessions
  • Your own practice channel with Matt, for your own work
  • Exercises built for you, some to do together and some on your own
  • Full access to the guided meditation library
  • Personalized templates and a milestone and progress tracker
  • Interactive tools for reflection and discovery
  • Works with any relationship structure, monogamous, open, polyamorous, or something you have not named yet
  • An explicit right to pause the container and resume where you left off

This is probably for you if…

  • You want more aliveness in your own life, and you want your people to see it happen
  • You can hear something hard about yourself without needing to win the exchange
  • All of you want this, not just the one who found this page
  • You are ready for work that shows up between sessions, not only during them

This might not be for you if…

  • You want someone to decide who is right
  • You are hoping coaching will convince your partner of something
  • One of you is here because the other one asked
  • There is crisis or harm in the relationship and you need clinical or immediate support

What Come Home Together actually looks like

The opening weeks are about getting a real picture. Not the story you tell other people about your relationship, and not the one you tell each other. Where each of you actually is, what each of you actually wants, and where those two things quietly stopped lining up. Most men find the honest version is less damning than the one they had been carrying alone.

The middle stretch is where the movement happens. Sessions get more specific as the patterns surface: the thing one of you stopped asking for, the conversation everyone keeps starting and nobody finishes, the way desire went quiet and got explained away. We work on mindset, on the body, and on what each of you is actually reaching for, because those are usually the same problem wearing different clothes.

Between sessions, each of you has your own practice channel with Matt for your own work, plus one shared channel for everyone. That is where most of the week actually happens: the thing you noticed on Tuesday, the practice that landed, the conversation that went sideways on the way to dinner.

The final stretch is about what holds once the container ends. New language for what each of you wants. Practices you keep doing when nobody is checking. A clearer sense of who each of you is becoming, and what that makes possible between you.

How we handle what gets said

The relationship is the client. That is the organizing principle here, and it shapes how everything moves.

Your practice channel is for your own work, not a back channel. Anything shared there may be brought into a joint session if it is affecting the work. Matt uses his judgement about whether, when, and how much, and he will always offer you the chance to say it yourself first.

This is coaching, not therapy. It is confidential by policy, not by law. There is no therapist-client privilege here, and any agreement that told you otherwise would be claiming a protection Matt does not have.

If something needs to stay private permanently, it belongs with a separate practitioner rather than in this container, and Matt will help you find one. You sign this policy in writing at intake, before the first session, so nobody discovers it halfway through.

Questions men ask before starting

Is this couples therapy?

No. This is coaching, drawing on a clinical therapy background without being clinical care. The focus is each of you moving toward your own aliveness inside the relationship, not diagnosing or repairing the relationship itself. If something surfaces that needs clinical support, Matt will say so and help you find it.

What if only one of us is really sure?

Then this is not the right time, and that is worth knowing before anyone pays for anything. The consult is a joint call with everyone present, which is exactly why it exists. One person carrying another through a three month container does not work, and Matt will say so rather than take the booking.

Can we have individual sessions too?

No. Every session is joint, with everyone in the room. Your individual work happens in your own practice channel between sessions, and comes into joint sessions when it is affecting the work. If what you want is a container of your own, Come Home is built for exactly that.

What happens if life gets in the way partway through?

You can pause. Instead of refunds, this container carries an explicit right to stop for an agreed period and pick up where you left off. Illness, a move, a hard season, it happens. What does not work is quietly drifting, so a pause is something you name and agree to rather than something that just happens to you.

Why does this cost $6,000 USD?

Three months, roughly fourteen 90 minute sessions, built entirely around the people in the room rather than a curriculum. Between sessions nobody is waiting until the next call, because each of you has a channel and so does the group. Most of what makes this work is the design: everyone is present for everything, nothing gets said about someone that cannot be said to them, and the work aims at each of you getting more alive rather than at settling an argument. That design is what you are paying for.

Is this open to throuples?

Yes, at $7,500 USD. Everything else is the same: all sessions joint, everyone present, a practice channel each, one shared channel for the group.

Do we need to be in crisis to do this?

No, and crisis is actually the wrong reason to come. This container suits people who are functioning and want more, or who can feel something going quiet and want to move before it hardens. If you are in crisis, Matt will point you toward the right kind of support instead.
