Eros: Relationships & energy
Get Clear on Attraction Patterns
Who you're drawn to isn't always who's been good for you.
Name five people you've had good relationships with and what made them good. Then name five you didn't, and what made them hard. Look for patterns in both lists, then compare them honestly against what you find yourself attracted to.
Step 1
Good relationships, hard relationships
Five people who were genuinely good for you, and five who were hard. First names or initials are fine, this is for your eyes.
Good relationships
What made it good?
Hard relationships
What made it hard?
What patterns do you notice?
Comparing both lists to what you find yourself attracted to, what stands out?
Step 2
A strong attraction or repulsion
Think of a strong attraction or a strong repulsion you've felt, sexual or otherwise. Journal honestly about it, and try to trace where that reaction might have originated.
