Soul: Purpose & integration
Coming Out, Retold
You've told this story before, but now let's map it together.
Most of us have a compressed version of this story, the one that fits in a sentence at a party. This is the longer one. Map the moments that actually mattered, in whatever order they come to you, then look back across the whole thing and say what it cost you, what it gave you, and who you became along the way.
There's no right shape here. Some men have one big moment; most have a dozen small ones spread over years.
Add whatever comes up, a conversation, a realization, a door closing, a door opening. Give each one a rough marker: an age, a year, a place, or just "before" and "after." Order them however makes sense to you.

Challenges
What it cost. What was hard, what you lost, what you were afraid of, what you're still carrying.
Blessings
What it gave you. Who showed up. What opened that couldn't have opened otherwise.
Becoming
Who you became through it. Who you're still becoming. What this story made possible.

A note as you work through this: this work is coaching, not therapy. If this practice brings up more than you expected, please reach out. In the US or Canada, call or text 988 anytime, or search "crisis hotline near me" to find local support wherever you are. You don't have to carry this alone.
