The Ghosting Audit
Before you disappear, or get disappeared on, look at the real cost.
Think of a time you ghosted someone, and a time you were ghosted. For each, write honestly what it protected you from in the moment, and what it cost the other person, or you, afterward. Then draft one alternative you could use next time instead of a full disappearance.
