Goal Setting
Brainstorm your goals, sort them by pillar and time frame, and keep them safe in your journal or on your device. About 30 minutes, and a messy start is perfectly fine.
1. Brainstorm your goals
Write down the goals you want to work toward: what you want to change, grow, or have more of. Do not filter or judge. Your goals become a roadmap for aligning with your true self.
Your goals
Type your own goals here. I have also included an idea bank of 120 ideas, below the button, to help you design them. Tick any that feel true and reword them to sound like you.
Idea bank
Open a life area and tick any idea that feels true for you. It becomes a goal in Your goals above, and you can reword it in the next step. Tick it again to remove it.
2. Sort your goals
For each goal, choose a time frame. A pillar is optional: pick one if you can, or leave it and we will decide together at the Onboarding Call. Reword any goal so it sounds like you.

3. Your Goal Map
Here are your goals by pillar and time frame. Tap any goal to change it.
Now keep your goals safe. Do one or both:
- Jot them in your journal. Write your goals in your personal journal, using the map above or the text below.
- Copy the text to your device. Tap the Copy to clipboard button right below, then paste it into a file on your phone or computer (Notes, Word, Google Docs, whatever you use). You can also save it as a text file.
Your goals as text
This is the same map written out. The Copy to clipboard button above copies all of it.
What happens next
- Write your goals in your journal and/or keep the copied text in a file on your device.
- Share your goals with Matt on Voxer (search for Verosoul). A typed note or a voice note both work.
- Bring your journal to our Onboarding Call. We will finish mapping and sorting your goals together.
