Gratitude
Write a few things you are grateful for today and keep them safe in your journal or on your device. About 5 minutes, and there is no wrong answer.
1. Write your gratitudes
Write what you are grateful for today. Start each one with “I am grateful for” and add a few words on why it mattered. Tap Add to my list after each one. Most people start with three. Add more if you like.
Your gratitudes
Type your own, or use the idea bank of 112 ideas below the button to help you. Tick any that feel true. You can edit any gratitude once it is on your list.
Idea bank
Open a theme and tick any gratitude that feels true for you. It is added to Your gratitudes above, and you can reword it. Tick it again to remove it.
Notice the pillars
As you write, notice where your gratitudes land in the three Verosoul pillars. This helps you get a picture of where your focuses are and might encourage you to think outside the box to explore gratitude for all three pillars and their qualities.
2. Keep your gratitudes safe
Here are your gratitudes for today.
What happens next
- Write your gratitudes in your journal and/or keep the copied text in a file on your device.
- Come back tomorrow. This practice works best as a short daily habit.
- Bring your journal to our sessions. We’ll check in on this at each session, and you can send a quick Voxer update between sessions (search for Verosoul).
Do one or both:
- Jot them in your journal. Write them in your personal journal, using your list above.
- Copy the text to your device. Tap the Copy to clipboard button right below, then paste it into a file on your phone or computer (Notes, Word, Google Docs, whatever you use). You can also save it as a text file.
