Journalling
Choose a pillar, tap Give me a prompt, and write whatever comes in your journal. About 10 to 15 minutes, and there is no wrong way to do it.
Get a prompt
Pick a pillar, then tap the button. Over time, try all three. Each one is part of the whole picture of you.
Your saved prompts
Tap Save this prompt on any prompt you want to come back to. They collect here.
Keep your saved prompts. Do one or both:
- Write them in your journal as headings for your next entries.
- Copy the text to your device. Tap Copy to clipboard, then paste it into a file on your phone or computer. You can also save it as a text file.
All the prompts
Open a theme and tick any prompt you would like to save. Tick it again to remove it.
How to use these prompts
- Pick a pillar and tap Give me a prompt. Not feeling it? Tap Another prompt.
- Write the prompt at the top of a fresh page in your journal, then write whatever comes. Do not edit or judge it.
- Sharing is optional. If you want to, bring your journal to our sessions or send a note on Voxer (search for Verosoul).
If something heavy comes up
Journalling can stir up strong feelings. You can stop, put the journal down, or skip any prompt at any time.
If you are in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 in the US or Canada, or call 911 if it is an emergency. Elsewhere, please contact your local crisis line or emergency services.
Verosoul is coaching, not therapy, and it is not a crisis service. Matt will support you as he can.
