Life Coaching for Gay Nudist Men
Come as you are. All of you.
Verosoul is holistic life coaching for mind, body and spirit. Matt works with gay and queer men who are done settling for a life that isn't theirs.
Additionally, Verosoul embraces the gay naturist community, as Matt is a proud nudist himself and believes in the benefits of body and sex positivity.

I first met Matt during the pandemic when he facilitated an amazing Zoom workshop for our organization, Gay Naturists International (GNI). After getting to know one another, we began collaborating to create GNI's first events in Canada.
Being with Matt and watching him create and cultivate connections with other gay nudist men/masc folks inspires me to shine my own light even brighter. Matt listens intentionally and finds so much joy in the experiences of others. I look forward to seeing how he continues to support our community.

Real Men, Real Stories
Two men who've walked this path already, in their own words.

“I think the biggest transformation I've had since starting this process is definitely feeling a better sense of self and knowing who I am. Digging deeper and figuring out what actually it is that sparks excitement, curiosity and a feeling of safety. It's made me feel much more happier in waking up and knowing this is who I am.”

“Matt was instrumental in helping me achieve my ambitions during a very tumultuous part of my life. He offered a nurturing, grounded presence in every session and gave me concrete logistical guidance and spiritual support in equal measure. I cannot recommend working with him enough.”

New to gay nudist spaces?
Maybe you've been curious about a gay nudist resort, a clothing-optional cruise, or a local gay naturist meetup, but the thought of actually walking in makes your stomach drop. That's normal. Nearly every man in that room felt exactly the same way his first time. Verosoul's coaching helps you work through the nerves before you ever take off your towel, so walking into that space feels like relief instead of exposure.
Already part of the community?
Maybe gay naturism has been part of your life for years, at a resort, in your backyard, or wherever you can find the space. You already know what it feels like to be seen without armor. This isn't about teaching you nudism, it's about going further: turning that comfort in your body into comfort in your relationships, your desire, and the rest of your life outside the towel-free zone.
When only one of you is into it
Maybe you're the one who wants to go to the resort, and your partner is politely, or not so politely, uninterested. That gap is common, and it doesn't have to become a wedge. Verosoul also works with couples navigating a mismatch in comfort with nudity or naturist spaces, helping both partners understand what's actually underneath the hesitation, and finding a way forward that doesn't require one person to fully convert the other.
Sessions can be clothing-optional too
Coaching with me doesn't require you to be dressed. If it serves the work, sessions can be clothing-optional, treating nudity the way a naturist space does: ordinary. Some men find it easier to talk about their body while they're actually in it, with nothing doing the work of hiding. Others stay dressed start to finish, and that's totally fine. It's your choice and never changes the coaching itself. As Verosoul's work is about helping you accept your body and authentic self, this includes how you show up without armor. It is my honor and privilege to help you with these intimate topics. Naturism helped me embrace my body, and I know it can for you too.
Sex and nudity?
This work is sex-positive, body-positive, and anti-shame, from one gay man to another. Let's talk about the thing everyone's afraid to ask: what happens if you get an erection. It happens. Bodies respond to context, to nerves, to sun on skin, sometimes to nothing in particular at all. It isn't shameful, and it isn't an invitation. Most naturist spaces have their own quiet etiquette for handling it, a towel, a shift in position, a moment to yourself, and part of Verosoul's work is helping you hold that moment without spiraling into self-judgment either way. Nudity and sexuality are related, but they are not the same thing. Learning to tell the difference, in your own body and in how you read a room, is part of what makes a naturist space feel safe instead of loaded. Verosoul also fully embraces consensual, healthy sexuality, and that can absolutely include certain nudist spaces, just not all of them. Learning to read a space accurately, communicate what you want, and build conscious community where consent is the baseline is real coaching work, and it's part of what we explore together.
Why Verosoul takes naturism seriously
Gay male culture has its own body economy, unwritten rules about who gets to feel desirable and who doesn't. Gay male nudist spaces are one of the few places where acceptance becomes the norm. When clothes come off, the performance often comes off with them.
Verosoul's unique approach that weaves together therapy-informed training and Tantra, applies to the naturist experience of holistic acceptance and integration. Vero builds honest self-acceptance, Eros reconnects you to your body without shame, and Soul turns that acceptance into real, authentic community. Naturism is simply a natural way to practice all three at once.
Gay Naturists International is one organization already building spaces where this shift happens, and Verosoul's work is aligned with that same spirit.
From The Gathering to your first clothing-optional resort
Gay nudist and gay naturist spaces come in more shapes than most men expect. Some are organised, like Gay Naturists International and its annual Gathering, a week of naked camping in the Poconos that draws hundreds of men from around the world. Some are local naturist clubs meeting at a rented pool or somebody's backyard. And some are travel: a gay nudist resort in Palm Springs, a clothing-optional stay in Key West or Zipolite, a naturist cruise.
What they share is social nudity without the performance. Verosoul coaches gay and queer men across all of it, whether you're preparing for a first naturist event, planning gay male travel where the swimsuit stays in the bag, or you've been part of the nudist community for decades and want the confidence you feel there to follow you home.

Common questions
Gay Naturism & Coaching, Answered
The questions men ask most before reaching out about gay nudist life coaching.
What does a gay nudist life coach actually do?
A gay nudist life coach like Matt at Verosoul helps gay and queer men build genuine comfort in their bodies, whether that comfort shows up at a clothing-optional resort, a local naturist meetup, or simply in your own skin day to day. The coaching itself isn't nudist instruction, it's mindset, relationship, and embodiment work that happens to take gay naturism seriously as one of the places that work gets tested and practiced.
Is gay naturism the same thing as cruising or sex parties?
No. Most gay naturist gatherings hold clear non-sexual etiquette, closer in spirit to a clothed hangout than anything else. Sex-positive nudist spaces do exist within the broader community, but they're a distinct category with their own norms, not the default. Learning to read which kind of space you're in is part of what Verosoul coaching covers.
I'm nervous about my body. Can coaching help before I ever visit a nudist resort?
Yes, that's often exactly where this work starts. Body anxiety around a first visit to a gay nudist resort or naturist meetup is common, and it usually eases with the right preparation rather than time alone. Coaching gives you a way to work through the nerves in advance, so the day you actually walk in feels like relief instead of exposure.
Do I need a certain body type or age to belong in gay naturist spaces?
No. Gay naturist community tends to normalize the opposite of the body standards found elsewhere in gay culture: every body, every age, every shape, present and accepted. That's a big part of what makes these spaces valuable ground for body confidence coaching.
What if I get an erection at a nudist gathering?
It happens, and it isn't shameful or an invitation. Bodies respond to nerves, sun, and context, not just attraction. Most naturist spaces have quiet, established etiquette for handling it, and part of coaching is helping you hold that moment without spiraling into self-judgment.
Do I have to be nude during coaching sessions?
No. Sessions are clothing-optional, never clothing-required. Some men find it easier to do body-focused work while actually in their body, and others stay dressed throughout. Either way the coaching is the same, it's always your choice, and it's never assumed.
How does Verosoul connect to organizations like Gay Naturists International?
Verosoul isn't bound by any single naturist organization's guidelines, but the work is aligned in spirit with groups like Gay Naturists International, who are already building spaces where gay men can be seen without armor. Verosoul is also building a working relationship with GNI and may offer coaching content specifically for men connected to that community.
Myth: Nudity and sexuality are the same thing.
Society has taught us that nudity and sexuality are the same, but we can uncouple them. Learning to tell the difference, in your own body and in how you read a room, is part of what makes a naturist space feel safe instead of loaded.
Myth: Naturism is a lifestyle for only, or mostly, out-of-shape men.
Nudism is about liberation, not body status. By embracing our bodies, we embrace ourselves. Naturist community tends to normalize the opposite of the body standards found elsewhere in gay culture.
Myth: Naturism is only for older or hardcore lifestyle nudists.
Newcomers of every age show up curious and leave surprised by how normal it feels. You do not have to call yourself a nudist, or commit to anything, to get something out of one afternoon with your clothes off.
