Sensual Embodiment Meditation
This meditation includes suggestive, body-based content intended to help you settle into a sensual, embodied headspace. Find a private space before pressing play.
A meditation that treats arousal and sensation as sacred rather than something to manage or explain away. This one is about dropping into the body's pleasure, on its own terms, without an agenda.
Before you begin
Without judging it, notice where you feel any charge or sensation in your body right now.
After
What did your body know about pleasure that your mind usually talks it out of?
