Vero & Soul: naming what quietly drains you

The Toleration Audit

You've gotten so used to a few things that you've stopped calling them problems. A toleration is anything you've quietly agreed to live with: a chore you dread, a conversation you keep avoiding, a habit or environment that costs you more than it should. Most people are carrying a longer list of these than they realize, and none of them are emergencies, which is exactly why they never make it onto a to-do list.

Write yours down. Rate what each one actually costs you. Then pick just one thing you're no longer willing to put up with.

Small stuff counts, list whatever comes to mind. For each one, rate how much it drains you: 1 is barely notice it, 5 is it weighs on me constantly.

Vero, mindset: a self-critical habit you've stopped noticing, a belief about yourself you've never questioned

Eros, relationships & energy: a boundary you keep not enforcing, physical discomfort you've normalized

Soul, purpose: a friendship that's become one-sided, work that no longer feels meaningful
